We call people of all faiths together to build interreligious understanding, promote justice, relieve misery and reconcile the estranged.

Inter-Faith Ministries
Inter-Faith Ministries facilitates interreligious dialogue and provides social services in Wichita, Kansas. Inter-Faith Ministries has over 124 years of experience in bringing diverse faith-based congregations together in a unified effort to serve the community.
Homeless Shelter Roof Repair
In March, after a very hard rain, it became evident that our need for a new roof at Ti’Wiconi Safe Haven can no longer be put off. Water leaks have appeared in the kitchen and several of the rooms where clients stay. The repairs to the roof will cost over $62,000.
Safe Haven provides housing and case management services for homeless persons with chronic mental illness. Donations to help with the repairs for the Safe Haven roof can be made by clicking on the green Donate tab at left or by mail. We appreciate your gift, large or small.
Inter-Faith Ministries’ Volunteer of the Year Award
Sally Fahrenthold was honored at the Volunteer Recognition Luncheon in April along with 28 volunteers that served in the AmeriCorps GoZones! Program, Operation Holiday and the Kansas Benefit Bank. Sally has been involved with Inter-Faith Ministries for many years and has served IFM in countless ways including Operation Holiday, Kansas Benefit Bank, and as president of the IFM board of directors. Volunteers play an integral role in the work of Inter-Faith Ministries and we are blessed with many talented volunteers who are willing to share their time.
